Cape High Apparel Store
The Cape School Store staff consists of students from the Marketing Management Course Pathway led by Business and Marketing teacher Mrs. Kristen Jones.
Through the staffing, running, and management of the school store, the students at Cape get a first-hand opportunity to structure, manage and run a small business environment while applying the various concepts learned through the Marketing Management Course Pathway.
All sales processed go towards improving the Marketing Management Pathways program and supporting Cape student participation in state and international DECA competitions.

Aevidum
The purpose of Aevidum is to promote a healthy school community by adopting a culture of care and advocacy. Aevidum aspires to break the stigma surrounding mental health by encouraging students to ask for help and to help students feel supported in doing so.

Asian Culture Club (ACC)
The purpose of this club is to educate everyone on Asian culture. Students will offer a variety of activities including different Asian food tastings, trips that will help to educate others, and will participate in community service projects.

Best Buddies is a non-profit organization for those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The program is meant to help forge 1-to-1 friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for those individuals who have IDD.

Book Club
The purpose of the book club is to facilitate a love of reading in students, to learn about new books available, and to improve the overall reading skills of our students.

Crochet
Cape Crochet is an inclusive and creative community for those who love to crochet or would like to learn. The purpose of this club is to give members a place to share ideas and create projects for gifts and for charity.

Cape Henlopen Theatre
The Cape Henlopen Theatre meets throughout the year after school to create incredible productions, including a mainstage fall play, a spring musical, a student-directed One Act Festival, and Cabarets, to name a few. In this group, students will learn and develop their theatre skills through hands-on experience.

The purpose of this club is to run a live student broadcasting channel that highlights sports including home games and other athletic activities.

Educator's Rising (CTE Student Organization)
The purpose of Educator's Rising is to inspire future educators! Career Technical Student Organization for the K12 Teacher Academy, Educator's Rising is a community-based movement by PDK International, in which chapters at schools feed teacher preparation programs at institutes of higher education, with the support of the State Departments of Education and local funders/foundations. These entities come together to provide a clear pathway to increase teacher diversity and teacher quality. Students will participate in State and National conferences with over 30 competitive events for student growth and learning in the field of education and training.

The purpose of the Multilingual Exercise Club (MEC) is designed to promote physical health and well-being among multilingual students while providing a supportive environment for language development, socialization, and cultural exchange. Physical activity plays a crucial role in adolescent development, and the club seeks to offer a space where students can engage in fun, structured, and beneficial exercise routines. This club will encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyles, build self-confidence, reduce stress, and enhance their overall academic and social experience at school.

Girls' Golf Club
The purpose of this club is to promote girls' golf within the Cape community and to provide a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and a love for golf. Club participants will have the opportunity to scrimmage at local golf courses, take golf skills workshops with various volunteer coaches, participate in local networking events, attend golf rules and etiquette workshops, attend college recruiting informational events, and possibly hold an end-of-year scrimmage with Cape staff and teachers.

International Cultural Club
The purpose of this club is to provide services, outreach, community service projects, and parent/community partnerships to build bonds and understanding across nations/cultures to encourage equity and acceptance of the diversity at CHSD. Students will decide on 2-3 events during the year to help bridge cultural misunderstandings and build on community through cultural enrichment and exploration of diversity. Possibilities include a country/culture showcase, international festival, sports competitions (like cricket, badminton, etc.), cooking events, etc.

The purpse of the Student Justice League is to develop student voice and build a student-led community. Students will participate in community building activities and exercises at the building and district level. Students will engage in opportunities to develop and elevate their voice on matters that are important to them. Students will be given opportunities to lead initiatives and participate in District, state and regional conferences. Students will be given opportunities to participate in activities (trips, workshops, etc.) that affirm their identities and empower them to participate in a global society.

Math League is a competition amongst Delaware schools where teams of students compete against each other to solve challenging math problems in a timed environment. There is a 9th grade division and a 10-12th grade division.

The purpose of the MLS club is to attend Major League Soccer Games. Students will have the opportunity to attend a DC United match, a Philadelphia Union match, and a NY Red Bull match.

Mock Trial
Students take on various roles found in the courtroom, including attorneys, witnesses, plaintiffs, and defendants. They take the time to prepare for competition by role-playing various cases with the help and guidance of local attorneys.

Science Olympiad
The mission of Science Olympiad is to improve the quality of science education, increasing male, female and minority interest in science, creating a technologically-literate workforce and providing recognition for outstanding achievement by both students and teachers. These goals are achieved by participating in Science Olympiad tournaments and non-competitive events, incorporating Science Olympiad into classroom curriculum and attending teaching training institutes.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) is the students' political organization here at the high school. Each class (Freshmen to Seniors) elects their officers; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The entire student body will also elect the SGA Officers, who must be seniors. These officers will be the governing force behind student activities and concerns.

The Cape Surf Club is an organization committed to providing an outlet for Cape Henlopen students in the form of physical activity in our oceans. It also provides a way for students to involve themselves in Cape Henlopen High School and aims to create a community based on common interest. The purpose of the Team One Love Club is to raise awareness on campus about healthy and unhealthy relationships, and to provide a safe space for students to learn more.
